The Association’s annual meeting shall be held each year on the first Monday of February at 7:00 o’clock PM. Members will be notified of the location at least 5 days before the meeting.
2025 Meeting is February 3rd at 7:00pm.

Fall 2024 Garage Sale will be Oct 4th and 5th.
City of Rogers Garage Sale Regulations.
1. A permit shall be secured the same week of the garage sale.
2. No more than 2 sales are allowed on the same premises in any one calendar year.
3. Sales may last no more than 3 consecutive calendar days.
5. Permits shall be prominently posted on the premises during the sale.
6. Signs may be placed no more than 2 days prior to the sale.
7. Signs cannot be placed on trees, street signs, stop signs, light poles, telephone poles, or utility poles of any kind.
